Due to limited seating, please note that any cancellation must be made within 48 hours of your scheduled session. This gives the opportunity to fill your spot.
Lessons cancelled within 48 hour notice, are eligible for a reschedule upon your request, subject to instructor’s availability. Every reasonable effort will be made to offer you a make-up lesson, but one cannot be guaranteed. If a make-up lesson cannot be arranged, the lesson is forfeited.
Rescheduled lessons cannot be rescheduled twice.
Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hour notice for any reason will be forfeited.
Lessons cancelled by the instructor will always be rescheduled or credited.

Upon purchasing an online course or private lesson, you are releasing Julia Broderick of any claims or liabilities.
There is a 30 day refund policy from the day of purchase for digital online courses, if you are unsatisfied. A detailed email must be sent to us explaining what you were dissatisfied with.
